I'm like, man.

Part of why I can get access to something like this is a bit of luck through bumping into these guys.

But secondly, meeting some of the wholesale investor criteria and eligibility and having an amount of money.

And I'll be up front with you, it's 50 rack.

So I put 50,000 into this and I'm pretty sure it's a minimum investment.

And that probably weeds out a lot of people straight away.

A, you're not going to be considered a wholesale investor to be able to get access to something like this.

I could probably do a pod on wholesale investing at some stage, but very simple.

You've got to basically prove that you know what you're getting yourself into.

And I can't just lose my shit at these guys one day and be like, what the hell?

You lost my money.

This is unfair.

How did this happen?

You didn't explain to me how much risk I was taking on.

So there are risky forms of investment.

And this is one of those ones where

that regulation shields the general public from doing it for fear that people will potentially lose their money and then not take responsibility for that.

So for me, I'm signing my cash over going, right, it's in your guys' hands now.
