The house that we moved into does have a pizza oven.

It is a criminally bad pizza oven.

The previous owner, I guess, said that he just used it to heat up par-cooked pizzas and make it look like he was throwing pizza parties.

And I tried to use it, and I've got some pizza background, and I would preheat the oven for like four hours to get the stones hot, make one pizza, and the deck temperature would drop, and I'd have to wait like 40 minutes to get the pizza.

Turns out, regular ovens in your house work really well.

Yeah, a regular oven with a pizza stone, I can make very good pizza.

I think we talked about it last time we were here.

And I was saying sheet pan pizza is going to be your friend.

It's more of a similar bread thing.

You don't have to worry about landing it on a stone.

It rips.
