So what Swab is, like I said, it's a job app that we've created to really simplify the job search. So if you think Tinder, but for jobs, so you put in your location, select what you're looking for. So whether it's part time, full time industries that you want to look at. And then boom, you're on your way. And it's really straightforward.

Lots has changed since you spoke with Stephanie. One of the biggest things that we've done recently is really commit ourselves into the U.S. We've been really focused in the United States now, I'd say for the better part of a year and really trying to grow our presence there. So we're still helping companies across Canada and people who are looking for jobs in Canada.

We're still supporting all of those people. But just the U.S. is really an area that we wanted to focus on pre-COVID. And then COVID happened. And that, I think, was the real push that we needed.
