What about you, Mark?
What do you think?
I love this case and, um, thank you for bringing it to us.
I find PVOD to be one of the most interesting diseases and my favorite thing ever is to go in the ICU to all like the pulmonary hypertension patients or the chronic hypoxemia and cholesterol failures and say it's PVOD.
Um, I think part of it is kind of, cause it's kind of like a zebra diagnosis, but part of it is because it's like very, it's not very suspected, right.
You have to have a pretty high degree.
like index of suspicion to even consider the diagnosis.
Like you said, it mimics pH pretty well, mimics heart failure pretty well.
And those patients, they may have, you know, some HFPAF and you kind of get mislabeled and you're like, Oh, it's kind of what Mark said.
It's not really that severe HFPAF, but they're like really sick.
And then they get mislabeled and delays in treatment, um,
happened and so forth.
So I think just bringing it to a bigger audience, making more people aware of it, you're doing many patients a good service, Matty.
Throughout the years, you know, past 11 years, has there ever been, I guess, like a giant flounder moment?
Welcome, everybody, to the Mad Growth e-commerce podcast.

At one point in time, I was.
And it was just thing before the podcast, we were just talking about that and the idea of just small world people we know, places they are, and the fact that I was once a customer.
