Snow is complicating travel in the Midwest.

More than a foot of snow has fallen in some areas.

Airports in the region report some flight delays, including O'Hare in Chicago, one of the busiest airports in the country.

that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered a second strike that killed the survivors of an initial attack.

The investigation continues into the suspect in last week's shooting of two National Guard members near the White House.

One of them died.

The suspect is an Afghan national who had worked with the CIA in Afghanistan.

He came to this country seeking asylum in 2021.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told ABC's This Week it's hard to properly vet applicants from some countries.

The shooting suspect was granted asylum under President Trump earlier this year.

The weather is complicating travel this Thanksgiving weekend.
