So we end up unintentionally potentially creating terrorists because they want to get revenge.
So that area of terrorism, I would say, is likely to increase.
And that's why the importance of MI5 and counterterrorism in the UK is, I mean, I think that it's fair to say, and I don't think I'm speaking out of term here, we are on high alert.
There's plenty been foiled.
Of that nature.
In terms of people who have looked at attacks on public places.
There's plenty of those that have been foiled.
Is it likely to happen?
We can turn to the insurance markets for that, and we can look at one simple thing.
Are premiums increasing?
And if premiums are increasing, then the risk is increasing.
And premiums are increasing.
That's interesting.
So if I see a market where premiums are softening, and certain premiums in Europe are softening, then I kind of know that the risk is softening.
If I see premiums going up in a certain area, then I know the risk is going up in a certain area.
So the insurance markets are a good indicator.
And I worked those markets for many years.
And people talk about the secret service, but the insurance markets have more intelligence than what the services have put together.
And the reason why they have that intelligence is if you step back for a moment and you just think, why would an insurance company have more information than MI5, MI6?
They're insuring it.
