So since it's swinging and there's a light amount of inertia if you're using a lighter rope, as you use heavier ropes, I have a rope that's like 2.5 kilograms, you're gonna feel even more inertia and you're gonna feel that it's really pulling at you and you're gonna start feeling tired in the wrist and the forearms and the hands.
That can potentially be beneficial for some muscle, but the goal isn't purely building muscle.
The goal is improving the way that you move so that everything else you do feels better and feels easier.
That looks like a big ass rope you got there.

I feel like it's, this is the thing, I look at rope flow as its own, it can look like dancing.
And you know what, I've seen people in fitness, people in fitness love this tribal stuff.
So there are certain people I've seen who are like, I'm not gonna spend my time dancing and doing that.
But like, well, you're not gonna spend your time dancing because you're stiff as a board, dawg.
It's not boring.
It's super fun.
This is the thing.
The reason why I look at row flow kind of like jujitsu is because in the beginning, movements don't make sense.
You feel uncoordinated because you are uncoordinated.
