How does that work?

Yeah, just a normal day would be going if it was a calm day.

You know, I'm a swimmer now that looks for the calm seas.

You know, the trouble is gone.

Yeah, I just probably go back to entry, get into the water.

Just enjoy the wallops of the waves or just be present, look out at the horizon.

I think it grounds you.

I think when you go in and you can just clear your clutter.

Venture post office, love the food, love everything there and then get my coffee, go into town, go to work.

Yeah, I just live a normal life.

You know, it's just a normal mundane life.

If I have events, if I have talks, I'd be planning on those.

But my brain is very active.

Have you not enough there?

Do you need more?

Yeah.

And do you know what?

One of my favorite things in life was always to remind myself that Superman worked in an office.

You know, he basically used to do a simple life and then would put on his cape and jump out a window.

And I think I think the beauty of the extremes is they keep you honest.
