So that omega-3 EPA, DHA that you'd find in your cold water fish predominantly.
You would say, look, the research is pretty compelling for folic acid and avoiding some development challenges in pregnant females.
So, you know, when developing a child, there's a certain increased nutrient need.
There's going to be certain nutrients for certain health conditions that have been proven to alleviate symptoms, etc.
But your safest ground is probably creatine monohydrate, you know, omega-3, vitamin D, and even all three of those at inappropriate dosages in the wrong person could be counterintuitive.
It's a killer, isn't it?

But, you know, this industry is wild, right?
So, you know, you take supplements.
Yeah.
I take supplements.
I mean, I don't know anybody who doesn't take supplements.
I think in the UK, we're at 40% of people take supplements.
Really?
I think in America, it's 70%.
Wow.
Isn't that amazing?
