Well, we had Mo Farah in this studio who made the point that him running a flat out 5K and you or I running a flat out 5K is exactly the same in terms of exertion, right?
It'll take us a few minutes more.

Yeah, I kind of, like when you're making an effort to keep your heart rate as low as possible and therefore not putting yourself under a huge amount of physical strain, to use your words, you could do it all day type thing.
You don't get that great sense of achievement from the session, I feel, unless you go and run 30K or something, but obviously...
