Josh Rose, for example, who we ran Tokyo together.
He ran the whole Tokyo marathon in 255 or something, which is really slow for him.
He runs a 229.
Outrageous.
In zone three.
Could have been a bit above.
I think it's zone two that he ran it in.
Zone two, sorry.
He kept his heart rate at 130, I think, for the whole marathon.
Just because he was pacing me.
So, you know, it's kind of...
It's a bit of fun for some people, isn't it?
Well, we had Mo Farah in this studio who made the point that him running a flat out 5K and you or I running a flat out 5K is exactly the same in terms of exertion, right?
It'll take us a few minutes more.
It's harder.
