move I can't do it it was completely bizarre suddenly started slowing down and I was like why am I slowing down and I was really looking forward to the session as well and I was like why can't I move my legs and then all of a sudden I was like I'm walking and I was just like this is bizarre I think everyone should bonk at least once I've never bonked before and on Project 7 Chris Taylor kept talking to me about bonking and he's like at some point you're going to bonk
You're going to come off the bike and not fall off necessarily, but you're going to bonk on the bike at some point.
I didn't in the end because we were careful.
But that experience of bonking was bizarre.
And also, I wouldn't have minded if it had come in the third rep.
It is odd.
