I thought I mean, Joe Tooney, like I told we said in the pregame show, I didn't think he was going to be the problem.
I didn't think Joe Tooney, Joe Tooney's got great feet.
I went back and watched him in the Eagles game in the Super Bowl once I heard about it and just watched the way he played.
You know, he struggled a little bit out there, obviously late in the Super Bowl when they had to throw the ball a lot.
They fell behind by a lot, which never happened to the Bears yesterday.
But Joe Tooney, man, he's got great feet.
What a teammate, right, guys?
I mean, hey, what if Mitch came to me and said, Olin, OK, you're going to take Molly's place and run the morning show.
Get the hell out of here, man.
I ain't doing that.
Right?
No way.
Like Joe just said, yeah, I'm going to play left tackle while you put McFadden in there at left guard for the first time this year.
But it just messed up some of the cohesion in there, messed up some of the run blocking, messed up some of the combo blocks.
You know, a couple of plays McFadden was pulling on critical downs and, you know...
didn't do the job I thought Joe Tooney probably would have done if he was pulling in there as a guard to hit Jared first on the edge.
You guys remember late in the game when Swift bounced it outside there, you know, and they give the ball up on downs.
That was one of the plays I thought Joe Tooney would have done a nice job in there.
It just looked like some of the cohesion that had grown.
You guys have heard a lot of people talk about how O-lines are always better as a unit, right?
