Well, even as the G7 foreign ministers began heading home from Canada, Mark Carney was being sworn in as the new Prime Minister there, replacing Justin Trudeau. Mr Carney, a former head of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, has been robust in his approach to President Trump.
