Good morning, guys.
I'm well.
How are you?
Yeah, probably quite similar.
I think in one sense, in the more kind of emotional sense and maybe the momentum of the team, there was a real opportunity to win your opening game there.
We saw that with the way Mexico and the United States were able to play and now are feeling great going into that second game and already essentially have one foot in the next round.
So there was a little bit of a disappointment on that front.
But I think in a more practical sense, if Canada can stay patient and stay calm here,
there are potentially bigger games to come for them.
And the most important thing was to get one point, knowing that you should have a game against Qatar that you're very favoured in.
I know they got a point against Switzerland, but Canada, I think, should still be heavy favourites to win that one.
that gets you to your four points and through to the next round.
So I think that's kind of, the format has changed how I feel a little bit.
I think in the old format, I would have thought that's a bit of a missed opportunity.
But now with that lower bar to progress to the next stage, like that's the game that I think can really be unmatched, particularly if it's in Vancouver, compared to anything we've seen before for the men's national team is a World Cup knockout match.
And the point was what they needed to ensure that they're still on that path to getting that.
Well, it's going to be a very different kind of match, I think.
But the consistent challenge for Canada has been breaking teams down that defend quite deep and give them the ball.
I think you could say they did a decent enough job of that against Bosnia.
They just couldn't finish, right?
