Thank you for having us.
You brought food and all kinds of stuff.
Yeah, I've been a part of, you know, the Farmer Boys family my whole life.
My father, Omar Malwas, he became a franchisee in 2007.
I officially started working at Farmer Boys at the age of 16 as a cashier, cook, started from the bottom.
Now today I oversee like 11 locations, all of his locations, kind of like an area manager, operations manager.
And you're, you're a young guy.
Can I ask how old you are?
Uh, I'm 22.
Good for you, man.
I'm still in college.
This is my last semester.
Um, good for you.
That's my plan.
You know, I going into college, I was still kind of undecided.
But as he gave me more managerial roles, I became more open to the idea while exploring some majors like different options in school, kind of like civil engineering, computer science, all that stuff.
So I decided, you know, do a good major as a backup plan, but keep this option open.
And I just fell in love with the business.
