Either registered as a sole proprietorship or an S-corp or an LLC.
And the problem with the sole proprietorship, which is great because you literally do nothing.
You just file your taxes with your social security.
is that it offers absolutely no legal protection, which leaves you exposed.
So as I understand it, the people that I work with would potentially benefit from something like this because just at a base minimum, just having some legal protection would be really nice.
Okay, yeah, I love this.
All right, so I think we've covered some of the advocacy that having a structure that actually matches how artists fit into the culture can really work and benefit artists.
And we've also talked about the individual artist, right?
