So we'll go through just...
I've already mentioned a few of the things, but one that we really didn't totally touch on is mental health, which is really a problem in today's world.
Huge.
Huge.
Again, no expert, but I am a nurse and I have been through ups and downs with Logan and Jake that could have destroyed them.
And I believe that their mental health was strong enough to come back and be resilient and come back out of the ashes, we'll say.
It's unbelievable.
They do have like a delusional optimism about them.
And they've developed that.
It's not like, oh, you know, my mom told me to be delusional optimist.
No.
Or...
not have anxiety because Jake will tell you he's got anxiety.
I didn't even know that until like maybe the recent past five years, how much anxiety he actually had, but he worked his way through it.
So as a parent, make sure your kid's mental health is as best as it can be.
And I know that's really hard to say because a lot of parents don't have good mental health.
But if you are going to be on the internet, on the line, online, which who isn't?
I feel like you have to be mentally healthy to be able to accept rejection, negativity, or just don't be online.
Like, you know, if you ask Logan and Jake their opinions, like, what do you tell parents?
Like, Logan will say monitor your kids and, you know, watch their screen time and see who their friends are and make sure you watch what they're doing and put limits and all that really important stuff.
