They consider it to be a great, great grandparent, if you like.
So for them, that whakapapa of where that rock has come from or that stone has come from, what part of the rohi or the takiwΔ of NgΔi Tahu did it come from, what part of the river,
All of those things are carried within that panama.
And that's what makes it uniquely ours.
It's what makes it different from Greenstone or Jade that you can get anywhere else in the world because it's ours.
