People did that a lot of times.
People had no other option for a mortgage.
You know what I mean?
They didn't have the right credit score.
They didn't have the income.
And so they were like, oh, we got these no-doc mortgages.
We got the- Reverse amortization.
They had a bunch of- Exactly.
I took one.
I took one.
And you educated.
But it was like I had finished school, but I didn't have a job.
I had a promise of a job, but I didn't have three months of pay stubs.
So I took a bet on myself that I'll make enough money that when this balloon comes in three years, I'll be able to afford it or refi.
