Horrible, horrible times for the club.
So they definitely deserved a couple of years worth of grace.

The thing that gets a lot of football folk in this country is it's a model that we feel uncomfortable with.
This whole responsibility without authority if you're a manager or a coach.
Then people turn around and go, oh, I'm delighted you got rid of Rossignol.
What's it got to do with him?
He's just a coach.
He didn't choose the players.
He just happens to be in there.
So it's one of those ones.
I try not to get too upset or annoyed or angry about it, but I do get upset for the Chelsea fans.
Because, you know, we're all talking about Liam Rossignol just now.
It shouldn't be a surprise because what limitations?
He clearly didn't have the team plan for him, first of all, to go back to the micro level again.
The team spirit wasn't there.
