Yeah, three and a half K elevation gain, 50 Ks.
I was suffering a lot.
I had like bad cramps and spasms in my groin and calves, like 12 Ks in, which wasn't ideal.
And then it went away.
So I just suffered for five hours and then I came good the last two and a half hours.
So I went under 10 hours.
I take it.
I stopped for an hour.
I think that's incorrect.
I think it was cumulative close to an hour.
um i went out way too hard i did a parabolic pacing strategy not a negative split not a positive i did a parabolic pacing strategy so i've just done the first thousand meters full gas because i was like i've never run further than 17ks i'm gonna have a mechanical breakdown so get the k's in as fast as possible because i aerobically like fitness wise i
i was fine even in the last uh whatever and then i was suffering suffering suffering i was like i was crying because like my i couldn't i couldn't feel my feet my like feet in so much pain and that came good last 15 18k
