I mean, there's different reasons why I reached out to him apart from the fact that we're so close.

But actually one of the reasons is because of all the people I could think of, his kind of outlook and attitude to life is very similar to mine in lots of ways, but so different in other ways.

And I kind of thought he would give me the most unjudgmental response.

And I know now, like...

And people ask me all the time, do you think you would have done it if he hadn't have responded?

I honestly don't know the answer to that.

And thank goodness I don't.

But I do think it was a cry for help.

And I do think ultimately I was so desperate for help.

That's why I did it.

We don't talk about it very much now, but I think the fact that he didn't actually quite understand where I was made a difference because I think if he had, he might have panicked and said something completely different that might have had a completely different impact on me, but he didn't, and that's all that matters.

So I think it's that concept of...

like telling somebody is the hardest thing.

It's the biggest hurdle and barrier to overcome.

But if you can do it, you can move forward.

And it doesn't mean the problem goes away.

It doesn't mean it's solved.

And I spend my life telling people, if you're struggling with something, tell somebody, talk about it.

That doesn't mean that
