I want the consistency in the formula, in the color.

Because like sometimes if you go into a store now, you see a brand that you have like your favorite blush and you go in three years later, you buy the same color.

They're not the same color.

But that's something that I am such a stickler about.

I didn't even know to ask that question until I learned about it.

I remember sitting in my first board meeting.

There are all these numbers on the screen.

I'm like, what the hell do these say?

There's all these abbreviations.

I knew nothing.

But this brand has my name on it.

I'm not afraid to sound dumb.

I'm not afraid to ask questions.

I ask dumb questions all the time because I just want to know.

I stay more in my creative lane, but it is important for me to understand them.

I will ask the question.

And every single year has been like a different year.

I tackle something every single year or every single month, honestly.

Like the more I learn about it, the more I get interested in it.
