When you do there, you can feel it slightly more on the outside.

Honestly, I know it's funny, but I'm really... It's good, it's good, nine is good.
God, I can't.
That's good.
So anyway, I do that, then I do... God, I'm so needy.
Then I'll have oats and then I'll have some berries and stuff and then I'll have spinach with protein as a shake.
And then I'll go and work out, then go to the gym.
No, it's hard, especially when you're on tour, so, you know... Right, so you do 120 press-ups and go to the gym.
Oh, and then I do the pull-up.
I've got some kettlebells, so I do pull-up bars as well, and some abs, so a bit of ab workout.
I've got an ab roller, you know, that ball you can do.
You can kind of work the muscles.
