What's interval?
Interval is like fast, slow, fast, slow, fast, slow.
So you're burning fat, not muscle.
Yeah, on the treadmill.
I'm doing it on the treadmill and then, you know, two times.
This is the thing that catches me out, is when you're out and you're not prepared and you're hungry.
