You kind of get used to, and then I'll come home and have, and then I'll do a protein shake after that again, another protein shake.
And then I'll do, have a protein, like a salad with tuna on it, you know, some olive oil and stuff.
So you're not having any potatoes or bread?

Yeah, I mean, I do eat a lot of rubbish sometimes, but the thing about potatoes, bread is starch, and starch can, when it gets into your body, turns into sugar, which then turns into fat in the human system.

today how long before we'd see results remarkable well if i was you i would do a workout like this um maybe three to four times a week different body parts you do chest today then you do back so you do opposites and then i would um have one cheat day a week and then
So when you get cravings of hunger or sugar, replace the chocolates with fruit if you have to and stuff like that.
