There's more pitches that they can potentially add down the road.
Now, I think, you know, you look at Perry.
You look at what he's done.
It's a really good pitch mix.
He's throwing strikes.
He gets good extension.
He's a really good athlete, good mover on the mound.
There's all this sort of thing.
But I think it also has to go back to some of the changes that were made over the last two years with this Jays pitching development under Ricky Meinhold and Justin Lear.
They've done a phenomenal job of really getting these guys to kind of attack certain areas in the zone,
you know, be aggressive in terms of throwing pitches in the zone, challenging hitters to hit it.
That's a really successful plan.
And I think we're seeing that throughout this system.
It's not just guys like Nolan Perry.
I think you look at someone like Holden Wilkerson, for example, who was a really kind of, you know, low pedigree prospect that's come in and really looked very good.
The stuff is excellent.
Do I think he's a starter long-term?
I don't know.
But as you saw with, you know, some of these guys have come up,
it's valuable to have guys that can fit in a variety of roles because they have the stuff that can play in a bullpen.
