Not bad. I mean, I think pretty good. So you're focusing on single ingredient foods, meat, plants, right? And you're not eating a lot of this stuff and you're not eating, you know, I think that the first thing I would do is replace the thing you're doing in the morning. The protein drink. That protein shake needs to get better.
