Raw milk is interesting to me. So milk comes from cows, predominantly in the US, and the majority of milk that we get is pasteurized, meaning it's heated. I grew up drinking pasteurized milk. Because my dad was a traditional doctor, we had a fear of milk fat and saturated fat growing up. So I grew up mostly drinking skim milk, which is horrible. pasteurized, homogenized skim milk.

And humans have been domesticating animals for 10 to 20,000 years. We've been using raw milk and making it into cheeses or fermented milk, which is known as kefir in Bulgaria and other countries, and yogurts. And these are often associated with great longevity or health benefits.
