So, David, what's interesting is the app isn't produced by Parkrun.

It's a volunteer who produced the app.

And there are many, many challenges that go around

the world so for instance you can do the alphabet channel challenge where you knock off each letter of the alphabet by running a park run that starts with that letter i really want to do that one so yeah i i finished the alphabet by doing my zed in holland uh on my 500th actually i'm wrong i did my zed in germany but on my 500th run

It was lovely, actually, because, of course, I could have gone back to Bushy Park, where you've got 2,000 runners, most of whom know who I am.

But I chose to go to...

an event in the middle of nowhere where there were about 80 runners and they were so grateful i mean they were just did they know who you were did anyone know who you were did you say someone had mentioned it to them so they they had done a whole bunch of things they printed me out in fact it's just over there they printed uh they did a um uh one of those digital printers what do they call them um

Where you print plastic.

Oh, yeah, a 3D printer.

They printed me a 3D 500 medal.

I'm the only one in the world that's got one.

Both Joe, my wife's Joe, we both did our 500 on the same day at this event.

So we both got one of these little medals.

Amazing.
