We're going to need a lot of workers in the future because our population is turning at this point because of declining fertility and aging.
So we're getting people exiting out of the workforce at the top end and we're getting people entering the workforce at the bottom end.
So immigration becomes super important.

I don't know what the number is for adopters, are overseas trained.
No, no.
And some people are anxious about that.
And that should be acknowledged.
And I don't want to dismiss that as irrelevant or unimportant.
But what we should do is have a conversation about how we then make this thing work, because we've got to make it work, Mike.
I mean, it's our future, and it's to the benefit of our children and grandchildren.
We've got to make it work.
And we're going to talk about social resilience at COI2, and it's making sure this country rides these shocks, whether they're AI or, in this case, demographic change.
