start stretch at 8.30, I'm gonna get here at 8.15, throw down some breakfast and then get going.
Where this year it's like, okay, we start at 9.30, let's get here at 8, have breakfast, have time to prep, have time to stretch.
There's a lot more preparation that goes into every day.
