You want to you want to continue to raise the floor.
Right.
Because everybody gets there with a relatively high ceiling.
That's why they're in the big leagues.
But what saves you is making sure the floor is high.
And I think like the thing for me is the way we've gone about this.
I think the people that we've brought in, especially Jason and some of the other staff members impacting our minor league group, they've really helped us to find systems to objectively measure those things.
I think we've taken such a huge step as an organization, not only just clearly laying those things out, but also creating usable tools and tools.
just things that help make not only our coaches better, but our players better, you know, that just, they've done such a good job creating systems.
I think where baseball is, is awesome is I think every single, every single person has shared experiences.
We've all made players better.
Heck we might've made players worse, right?
Like there's no denying that there's no, there's no, um,
one size fits all approach.
But I think when you have the ability to objectively identify areas of opportunity to get better, like you create a plan and you can measure those things.
I think more than anything, our organization's grown tremendously with those processes.
We're very diligent about what we're trying to attack.
We have process to evaluate if it's working or not.
And if it's not, we have to hold ourselves accountable and we have to make adjustments to the plan.
