I think at the end of the day, if you do that, then when you want to communicate or if you show interest in communicating, because at the end of the day, it's for the betterment of the player and the betterment of the team.
So I think when you spend time early on in camp, obviously we get to know not just Bregman's guys, but other players.
You know, people that are close to our players, when you have when you when you have time to build a relationship, I think that's really important.
I think off of that, to me, it starts it kind of starts with the end picture.
You know, like you have to know where you want to go objectively.
And if we if we can align on where we want to go and it's like this is this is the big rock.
This is the thing we have to focus on.
This is why.
I think that how you get there sometimes takes shape.
And I think that's the beauty of our game.
You can get input.
Other people see, you know, whether it's a drill, a feel, some sort of different progression in the cage, different cue.
Like, I think that...
the best part of our game is that nobody has the right answer.
So I think as long as you know, objectively where you want to get to, that becomes like your North star.
So all the conversations can be driven to that.
And then it becomes a checks and balances.
Are, are we making progress?
Are we not?
Do we have to move?
