And I think there's huge scope.
It's the rural planning guidelines across the board.
So it's not just family farms, it's not just family land.
It's not just this is the only item.
There are multiple items on the agenda in terms of the planning guidelines.
But that is one that I think would be a really, really strong reform in terms of the existing guidelines that are there.
Very valid points.
I mean, infrastructure is one thing that absolutely needs to be put in place.
But as I said to you, before we even get the infrastructure, we have to allow a situation and a circumstance where if you're from a rural area or you have family lands or farmlands or access to lands,
and you want to build in a rural area or in a rural town or rural village that there should not be the barriers that are in place today to prevent you from doing that.
Now notwithstanding that there are absolutely infrastructural supports whether it be for example school transport and I'm sitting in my kitchen here in Skakfraistein this morning and you know we don't have access to school transport and my young as get dropped down to the local primary school there a few minutes ago and
And that's just the way it is for many, many people in rural Ireland.
So, yes, if there are additional houses going to be put into rural Ireland, if it's going to increase towns and villages, if it's going to increase the number of people that are residing there, then absolutely the infrastructure needs to be put in place.

And both of them represented their communities and their families with distinction and aplomb.
So just to congratulate both of them for putting themselves forward.
They're both newly elected councillors, so they will have another day.
and look, it'll be very interesting to see what happens in the next couple of years in terms of their progression.
Regarding Fianna Fรกil, the party and the leader, I mean, look, right now, this is a moment of reflection.
