Well, there is an accountability mechanism. I mean, some of the worst offenders have now had their board certification revoked and that sort of thing. But it's a slow process. I think one of the ways we kind of build this in is I don't think we do enough emphasize the bioethical aspects of medicine enough. You know, everyone is so focused on academic freedom. And you've got these contrarian physicians who just spout absolute garbage or they become talking heads on Fox News in some cases.
