The next step is you take the most prescriptive workflows you have in your organization and start mapping them and documenting so you have clear knowledge.

They're not documented anywhere.

And if you lose that person, an AI can't do them right away.

It's the unspoken capability of doing things.

It's at that level of immune system response, right?
