And I know he and they want to get to the endgame, right?

But you've got to...

continue to do it year after year and it's it's not always easy to do that and yet he's maintained that level of consistency in Carolina where they're they're fast they're hard to play against they're always checking forward they're always putting pucks at the net and it's I think it's one of those teams that you know you have to be on your toes and you have to be on your game and yeah you're right that does come from him and you know he and I have talked about it a little bit and you know he's he says that he he wants that aggressive game he wants to play like that

You know, if you've gone on and won a cup or if you've, you know, went to the conference finals, you know, you finished top three in the league, went to the conference finals.

And, you know, you're always judging things by the total endgame.

And that's the Stanley Cup.

And that's probably the way it should be.

But that doesn't mean that your team can't have a good year or you can't.

You know, you can't win games.

You can't play a good style.

You can't play good hockey.

You might not get there, but there's things that you've done well all season long.

And so there's always those conversations.

They tend to be a little bit lighter.

Sometimes it moves into more about what the summer and what it is that you're going to do to get better in the summer.
