It's kind of the nature of the group that, as she says, there's always one area or probably several areas that are in high growth capacity or high growth mode and other areas that are more mature and they're stagnating might be too strong.

But the focus kind of moves from the more mature areas.

There's always a kind of new shiny thing.

But in a positive sense, that new shiny thing turns out to be another then huge revenue raiser as you go down the line.

She's basically been a retailer all her life.

She's in the Amazon job since, I think, late 2024 in terms of the Ireland job.

She's been with Amazon for about a decade overall.

But a couple of years ago, she had the opportunity to move into AWS, which is the cloud-based version of Amazon.
