I just assumed that there were robots actually in the, as they call them, fulfillment centers here in Ireland.

It's not true.

She actually said warehouse at the start.

Actually, we call them fulfillment centers.

I was surprised by that, just as an aside.

On AI, I thought it was interesting that when she made that move, as we were talking about six or seven years ago, into AWS for a period, that already there was this fear of being overtaken with the companies, the CIOs and CTOs that she was talking to.

You can only imagine behind closed doors now the fear of being overtaken with a lot of these companies given the pace of growth.

It was very revealing when Alison spoke about her own Oxford course that she did on AI and the fact that right from the outset they said, don't use AI, you have to do some critical thinking here.

And she quickly got up to speed, but she said something along the lines of, you know,

it was kind of taken aback.

There was a real challenge to think organically about something, which I suppose is the double-edged sword of AI.

You become so reliant on it that you lose some of those skills, but equally it's so powerful that you gain a lot as a company.

We do, and there's a bit of a chicken and egg thing here, but I think a big focus that Alison put on the service in Ireland was speed and that they really want to improve that further.

As she said, once they get something on the island of Ireland, they're very confident that the speed they can get it to you, but it's the challenge of being an island and getting it over here.

Yeah, I think to answer your original question, I think if that speed continues to increase, I think people will increasingly use it.

Even if they kind of don't like to use Amazon for...

everything that they buy because they like to support local and they like to help the guy on the high street.

I think the sheer convenience of knowing I need something, I don't have to find time in my workday to get out.

It'll be here today or it'll be here first thing in the morning.

I think if that speed continues to ramp up, it's probably only a one-way street.
