What I thought was interesting, and in one way it's a really simple, obvious point, but he was talking about at the start how it did feel overwhelming.
It was hard to put any sort of shape on a response to the pandemic.
But one day they had the briefing with the other state bodies, with the defense forces and everybody else.
And even though they were probably no further along operationally in tackling it, he felt, okay, now we have a handle on it.

I know the expertise of the various bodies will be there.
Now I kind of feel I'm ready to put a plan in place to deal with it.
It's a super simple and obvious point of like you have to start somewhere, but it shows the value of like one day's work can make what is an entirely untackleable, if that's even a word.
