I get all that, but what I want to know is, have mistakes been made as a result of changes in policy? The reason I'm asking is that this is such a useful political issue for Republicans to talk about as much as they can. At the same time, all the things you're talking about could be attributed to, all those problems could be attributed to any number of things. Maybe one of them is DEI, maybe not.
