So for a lot of kind of older, more liberal minded listeners, viewers, they may be listening to this and thinking, look, this is all just part of, you know, America becoming more American, of sort of democratization of American society. It sounds to me like the critical point here is that DEI has always presented itself as being in keeping with this liberal tradition in America. And what you're saying is that actually it's the exact opposite of that, right? It works to erode that tradition by emphasizing difference as opposed to commonality.
