Our commercial success has been quite strong, but that fans and members and attendance piece, that needs to be grown.
But then you've always got to run a really good football program.
So whoever comes in will have to work out how they can do both, or they'll have to be a structure and a setup between Tim Reed as chairman and the AFL to discuss what type of CEO they want.
But there's still lots of work to be done.
Dave's done a lot of heavy lifting, but looking forward to seeing who carries the batting forward.

You know, it'll be interesting to see what they twist and turn to try to make it look different.
And, you know, you'd have to look at the data and unfortunately I haven't seen it, but I think at the top line premise, yeah,
It was a terrific idea.
It started to do what it was doing.
It was nice to give a platform for the Northern States to have some clean air and some anticipation.
And the thing is, yeah, maybe not all of Victoria tuned in and watch, but you started to get some, just some lateral watches and that's always good.
That can always turn the dial on one more fan or what it can do is
There's more talk if you're in New South Wales and Queensland.
I know you've just got to be careful.
I'd like to see what they decide to do next and how they replace it.
But for me, it's a disappointing move.
And I'm expecting it to be replaced by another initiative that gives the northern states an opportunity.
