You tell me, at the back end of your career, how much coaching did you need, honestly?
Not much.
When you were young, how much coaching did you need?
Well, it's just stages of career, where your chemistry is at the moment, how many people we've got like you that don't need coaching, how many people we've got that do need coaching, whether or not you can contribute to their coaching, the chemistry and the mix in your team, the coach you've got of the day.
I mean, I think you're probably overthinking it a little bit.
You're overthinking, they're overthinking a little bit.
I tell people, you know, when I retired from coaching in 1999, it was me and a trainer.
It was me and Ronnie Palmer.
We did everything.
We coached everything, all right?
Nowadays, we've got 30 full-time staff running around in high performance and sports science and medical and assistant coaches and the assistants have got assistants and they've got technology people and we've got people that are good with computers and AI and all that sort of thing as well.
I mean, the whole thing is very, very advanced, very intricate.
Yeah, I don't think Penrith thinks there's too much.
I think they're going all right.
You know, like it's...
There are teams that are going well, you know.
A lot of teams are going well, and I don't think they're set up any differently to us.
