And there are tremendous pictures of it online to look and it's a beautifully kept cemetery and all these white headstones of all the fallen soldiers across the way over the years and centuries.
I went there, I spent a couple of hours there and I walked past every single headstone in that thing to read it, just out of respect to the soldiers that sort of lost.
And what I tell the footballers is that the thing that struck me the most was the age of these people who'd given themselves and given their life to war.
They'd gone off to war with real guns, real bullets, real bombs and knowing that they could not have come home and these fellas didn't come home.
When I walked past the headstones and saw he was 18 years of age, 19 years of age, 20 years of age, 21 years of age, I'm sitting there talking to footballers who are feeling pressure and feeling stress and worrying about careers and worrying about money and worrying about contracts.
And I'm saying, this was their life.
When they were your age, this was their life, right?
You want to deal with real stress.
You want to deal with real pressure.
This was their life.
Look at the life you have right at the moment, you know, and it's kind of like a reality check on them about what we actually do.
We're playing a game.
That's what we're playing.
You can get well paid for it and that's lovely.
It's only going to last for a certain amount of time and if you think you're dealing with pressure, you're not.
You know, you need to understand what it is we're doing and...
and enjoy what we're doing.
I'm not saying that there isn't pressure in sport.
