because the police and fire fire uh fire authorities were there the police had their own emts and they were on their way down there the people that are on the side of the road that are saying i'm a doctor you don't know that person you don't know what they are you don't know what they're doing so you're what you're saying is they should have allowed a bystander to go and contaminate a crime scene you're not going to do that the police will never do that
