So really, really small right now.
So we just announced a pre-seed round last week.
And so we turned on our subscription system to begin accepting our first dollar from our first customer two days ago.
Brand new.
So how much did you raise?
Okay, so we raised 3.3 million on our pre-seed round.
Okay, so we raised that at an $8 million pre.
And so we negotiated the pre to be stable.
And then the amount we raised would be the amount that we diluted beyond that.
Well, it's a couple of factors.
One of them is that BrightCore was a very successful company.
It was well known in the property casualty insurance space.
No, he wasn't.
But Brightcore was originally founded in Springfield, Missouri, and I'm located in Kansas City, Missouri.
And so regionally, we're three hours apart from each other.
And I live in Kansas City now.
So part of it was they knew of the story.
They'd watched me from a distance for a while.
Another part of the story is that there are a number of companies in the local regional area here in Kansas City who are struggling with this exact problem right now.
