That can come in.
And so it's really good to clock it.
And sometimes I don't.
Sometimes I'm just acting as if I'm not good enough rather than noticing that's what's happening and thinking I'm probably good enough.
So there's that one.
Yeah.
And sometimes I can be shy.
And the best way of me not being shy is to come out, talk to people, meet people, go on a pottery course, chat to people.
It's practice.
And I found out during the pandemic, when I didn't practice my social muscle, that it atrophied.
Yep.
So the first party I went to, which was a book launch, it wasn't my best friends, who I was probably okay with.
It was like colleagues, fellow writers, people I was really pleased to see and wanted to see.
I just sort of got so shy I couldn't cope with it.
And so because of the lack of social practice, I'd gone back to being about 15.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah, it was bad.
Yeah, of course.
And normally I'm just interested in other people and don't think about being self-conscious.
